Warranty
We stand behind our products' quality, long life, and performance. Given this commitment, all of our standard filters and filter sets are backed by an industry unique 3-year full satisfaction warranty. Please note that liability does not include obvious misuse of the product and is limited to repair or replacement of the product purchased. We accept no liability for consequential or incidental damage arising from use of the product.
Our Return Policy
Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, if a filter does not meet the published or quoted specifications or is damaged we will repair or replace the item as stated in the warranty. If you have incorrectly specified a product, Omega Optical is entitled to assess a restocking fee to cover the costs of processing and handling the order and return. Please contact a customer service representative to authorize a return.

Omega Optical ships to all fifty states as well as internationally. Shipments are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Shipping options and their costs are listed below:
